Our Process

Inspection

Our inspection analysis of water damage is comprised of three categories.

Category One

This category is comprised of water damage from clean water sources such as, broken water pipes, toilets, and sinks.

Category Two

This category is derived from the opposite of category one. It’s comprised of water damage from coming from unsanitary sources such as sewage, standing water, and flooding rivers.

Category Three

Water damage from “grey water” usually is derived from appliances like dishwashers and washing machines. Overflowing toilets are also considered part of this category too.

The assessment of the water damage gives us a clear path on which removal technique is necessary to alleviate the problem.

  • Water Removal/Extraction
  • High powered pumps and vacuums are used to remove the excessive water.
  • Drying and Dehumidification

Drying and dehumidification is the next step following the removal of the water. This is applied to the floor as well as absorbent surfaces to remove any moisture which can create bacteria. Air scrubbers are utilized to prevent moisture and air particles too. Antimicrobial treatments are implemented to treat carpets, drapery, and furniture.

Cleaning and Sanitation

Anything that has been affected by the water must be sanitized and cleaned. This process is to prevent mold and the growth of bacteria.

Utah Restoration Services

Perhaps the most critical part of the cleanup procedure is restoration. This entails replacement of damaged structural components such as tile, insulation, and drywall. This has to be carefully done because of exposure to toxic materials such as asbestos and lead. This mainly happens in older models houses though.

Peace of Mind

To give you complete reassurance of a thoroughly completed restoration project, the removal of contaminated, wet and mildewed materials is a must. We remove these items as fast as possible to prevent harmful microorganisms to thrive and grow. We follow up after the procedure is complete, this is done to reassure you that we are here to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please feel free to contact us today for a complimentary consultation regarding any water damage concerns. This is what we’re here for. To give Utah residents a piece of mind in troubled times.
